An innovator by nature, Val Hamilton enjoys championing those who challenge boundaries and disciplines.She ran her own consultancy practice in the City of London providing change management and leadership development for large financial and legal organisations.

Val’s early career was in teaching Literature in schools and universities in the UK, Denmark and the US. After directing a special project into how to improve services to troubled young people she went on to study for an M.Sc. with the Sheffield Business School, and moved into organisation development consultancy.

Val now lives in Lancashire, where she grew up.
